Character Biography:
History: Alice Liddell was born into a privileged family and raised by the shores of the Thames river. As a young girl, Alice found herself bored by the simple lessons her tutors tried to engage her with and instead found much more clever ways of keeping herself entertained. She never once found a use for the rules and lessons she was taught anyway. It was unfortunate, then, that she was a very curious child and wound up in many sticky situations that looked very grim from her perspective.

However, once these all had ended, she came out a much cleverer girl for them and decided that perhaps a little learning wouldn't hurt her after all.

Alice's love of adventures and riddles never left her as she grew up. The tediously dull lessons on manners and proper household etiquette left her longing for something new, or old, as it were, but by the time she was of an age she would be allowed to leave, she knew she wouldn't be able to. Her childhood memories of fantastical adventures felt like nothing more than a dream by the time her parents let her out into society. Everything in her life from that point forward was spent keeping appearances with her peers. No one wanted to hear her stories.

Dismayed with the way her life was heading, Alice left London for new adventures.
