A/N: I love them... together. Peter and Chloe have been a favourite pairing ever since I watched the fan vids on you!tube. I must admit I love the sad vids just as the ones with a happy end. Therefore it is no wonder that my drabble ended up like this. Hope you like it just as much as I do.

Even tough they meant to say goodbye forever they met each other again in a German cafe, only five weeks after the final divorce paper. Their meeting was just as uneasy and uncomfortable as any meeting so soon after a separation for lovers that had parted in fighting.
He tried to ignore his raging jealousy were she was concerned because he had to remind himself, she wasn’t really his wife anymore. Therefore it was alright for her to be seen talking and laughing with a stranger; a good looking stranger at that.
She tried to ignore his stares and the pitiable state that his coat was in. The state of his cloths had always told her everything she needed to know about him and his day of playing superhero.
In the end both had stayed longer than they had planned in that German cafe. Neither of them had wanted to be the first to exit the cafe, to be the first to walk out of the other ones life. But it was no surprise to both of them when Peter received a phone call that soon decided his exit.
Chloe had looked after him with regret in her eyes. But whether it was regret of ever getting together with him or regret of him leaving so soon was something Peter wasn’t too sure about.
