“Let me see if I understood this... correctly...” said Liz with uncertainty.
The hobbits gathered around her, looked at her each with an eager face. Their smiles were merry and honest. Liz had somehow found herself in a different dimension, a different world, and all just because of the granolith.
“It’s a normal custom when meeting someone for the first time to kiss the cheek of the other?” she asked again doubtfully.
All four hobbits around her nodded their heads eagerly.
She frowned.
