She loves walking the school grounds by night. It’s beautifully peaceful then. No silly students that don’t believe in the most obvious, no silly students that always make fun of her, because they have never seen. But she sees it every night… when ever she walks the school grounds by night.
She never told anyone else before that the school grounds come to life by night. It’s when nargols and hudnots come out, and play with her. Tease her, or pull on her hair fast only to disappear again before she can turn her head. Some other creatures come out and let her stroke their fur, or feed them the leftovers from her dinner…
She loves to explore the school grounds by night. When everyone in Hogwarts is asleep, and only she is not. She loves the fact that this other world, which comes alive at night, is only hers. Her secret to keep, and she’ll keep it. And she doesn’t mind it one bit that others see her in a different light because of that... because she knows, and she has seen. And it is only hers...
