Honestly...she doesn't know about the Horcruxes, she didn't know about Harry's extra lessons with Dumbledore (I mean, what he was doing in them), nor did she know about the Occlumency lessons with Snape. Like with Harry, her knowledge of his interests extends as far as the ones he shares with her. And while it's implied that Hermione and Ron now know that Snape is the Halfblood Prince, Ginny isn't even aware that there is a Halfblood Prince; she is only aware that Harry has apparently been taking instructions out of a book.
It reminds me of GoF, where they purposely did not talk about Sirius in front of her, and she became suspicious. I suppose it's fine at that stage when the girl is just your best friend's little sister, but as a girlfriend...well, I know I'd get annoyed.
Actually, this brings up an interesting issue about Book Seven's roadtrip, and why Ginny was kept out of it; if the Trio is going to have to build on everything they've learned on their adventures thus far, it makes sense that JKR took the easy way out and chose to leave Ginny at home rather than have Harry explain almost six years of their Hogwarts history to her.
