Open call to arms, all feminists to the front!
On February 18, 2011, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to bar Planned Parenthood health centers from all federal funding for birth control, cancer screenings, HIV testing, and other lifesaving care.
It is the most dangerous legislative assault in our history, and it cannot go unanswered.
Join me in signing a petition and open letter to the Senators who can still stop this from happening! (and to every unethical representitive in the House who voted for it to pass). So far roughly 700,000 women and men have signed this, and it would be amazing if we could count our voices one million plus.
Whether you are a man, a woman or nonbinary, we all have a right to our bodies and a right to affordable health care services.
