In a Tiny Boat

AHHHHHHHHHH I HAVE AN INTERVIEW

Well, actually it's a decorating test, at Marklin, which is a candle making company. I would basically be doing this:

Their biggest patron is the Catholic Church, but they also do custom candle designs and a bunch of home decor/Church inspired furniture.

Now...I know all of you are wondering if I've some how missed the fact that these people are a mite religious...but here's the deal: it would be full time plus benefits, and artistic. I'd be using my hands!

Basically, I'm willing to be a happy little agnostic with health care who makes altar candles beautiful for Christians as opposed to a sad little agnostic not making more than 15 hours a week at Kohl's ANY DAY.

Besides, enlightenment is the same thing, we just have different ways of getting there.

Also I'm super optimistic and can't stop smiling!! I have to temper this energy and send out good vibes and calm hopefulness into the world!!

It was weird though, the decorating supervisor TEXTED me about setting up an appointment to take the decorating test. Very interesting. Anyways, I made it Wednesday afternoon. I figure it's better to get it over with and stop fretting about something I can't possibly prepare for (seeing as I inconveniently have no candlemakers as friends).

Wish me luck!
