well...that's depressing
Well...this has been an emotional roller coaster. Once again, my political candidates all but scattered to the wind!
I would be mad, except...well, no, I'm definitely still mad! However, I honestly think maybe we don't deserve another chance if so many of us don't care enough about winning.
I'm not even a Democrat, and I feel like I've been stabbed in the back by my friends.
Legitimately, ONE OUT OF EVERY THREE people I talked to didn't vote, and probably two-thirds of them are either registered Democrat, or most likely would've voted that way, had they given a shit. Those bastards.
However, I'm predominantly proud of my Livejournal friends. Most of you guys voted, and even if you didn't vote for my choices, I'm proud that you actually participated in the democratic process. Unless you didn't. In which case I blame you for eating comfort food all day.
Seriously though...I have to stop eating my feelings. Pretty sure I'm gonna gain like 10 post-election pounds. Ugh. That's depressing.

On a more serious note, I really don't think this flip-flopping of party control is very good for this country. I mean...we just keep undoing everything the previous two years did...and it's getting really frustrating.
