Dear rude customer from tonight,
Your chicken sandwhich was never dropped on the ground. To insist so over and over again, calling myself and my crew liars was downright rude. If it had been, a new sandwhich would've been made because it is disgusting to serve food that has been contaminated. Then to go and say you are going to get us fired by the health inspector/headquarters was extremely unreasonable. Even more so when you kept yelling "You're lying." The tape will prove that we are honest workers and not lying, incompetent food servers. Its also extremely creepy of you to sit outside our store for 20 minutes in your van, staring angerily while watching our every move. Even more so creepy/annoying when I went to lock the doors and you yanked it open to storm into our storm demanding a refund. No, you aren't allowed to get a double refund. I'm a shift manager, I know what I am doing. Not to mention, nothing wrongful occured. Your sandwhich was made fresh and properly. I watched the crew member toast the bun, put on the toppings, and take the chicken fresh off the broiler with her pair of red tongs. Nowhere in that time did any of it touch the floor. That's hard to do when it's being made on the stainless steel countertop. Have fun calling the head store manager in the morning and making a fool of yourself. I make nowhere near enough to deal with your crappy behavior. Please refrain from ever coming back to our establishment.
