He was Alexis Drazen, the Eastern European terrorist badguy, yes. With Dennis Hopper playing his dad. I only ever watched one ep of 24, back at the start of s1 and so, yeah, I'd given up before Misha came in, too. Ended up that the first things I saw him in were that Russian ep of CSI and Girl Interrupted (can't remember which of those two I saw first now).
