I've been wanting to try this Hawaiian dish ever since I ran across mention of it in some readings I was doing for other Hawaiian cuisine ... the classic or Spam loco moco, and Spam musubi come to mind. Sadly, the store has started closing on Sundays, but I will stop there tomorrow after work. I will have poke!

That's a shame. I'm glad I went grocery shopping REALLY early on Saturday cause by 1pm it had started to snow. And now ... it's snowing again. I'm going to see if I can go shovel the front sidewalk, at least, at 6:30 or so if the snow has mostly stopped.

I guess they just weren't bringing in the business on Sunday enough to justify keeping the store open. Now I know they were packed last Saturday. More snow? Ye gods.
