Duck Fat Brioche, Oreo Fudge and Chicken Livers

Work is slow in January, after the return from the Christmas break, and as teachers gear up for the last few weeks before the end of the fall semester. So, when I was at home on the first day back, I decided to make another batch of the duck fat brioche dough that I've posted already. I have to be in a special mood for chicken livers, but that does look good. Hell, everything you make looks good.

Thank you. I get periodic cravings for chicken livers ... it's comfort food I think. Or it may be a need for more iron in my diet. (I was surprised to learn that chicken livers have more iron per serving than beef liver.)

I haven't craved it in a long time, but I'm on regular iron supplements. That might be why.
