In my previous
post, I asked for suggestions for recipes using Angelino plums.
Of course, the easiest way to eat these plums is to slice the plum in half, remove the pit and devour it straight. However, for a little something special, try this. It's healthy too. :)
Plum Honey Yogurt Dip - serves 1
2-3 Angelino plums, pitted and sliced into 6ths or 8ths
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp wildflower honey
In a small bowl, add the yogurt and spoon the honey over the top.
Dip in your sliced plums one at a time.
