Informal Cheesecake Poll
The last time I was in the basement rooting through the new freezer, I spotted 3 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese.
You know what that means, don't you?
Cheesecake, of course ... but what kind can I make with items already in my pantry?
1. Pina Colada cheesecake - I have rum (2 kinds), shredded sweetened coconut and chunks of pineapple in my freezer.
2. Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cheesecake - no actual peanut butter cups in my pantry but I DO have peanut butter in the fridge and some peanut butter chips in my pantry
3. Turtle cheesecake - I have pecans in my freezer, Kraft's caramels that have been in my pantry 'forever' and about half a package of Oreo's crumbs to mix with regular
graham cracker crumbs
4. Black Forest cheesecake - I've got an unopened jar of sour cherries in juice in the pantry, some maraschino cherries in juice in my fridge and cherry jam
5. Suggest something based on what's in my pantry
