yay somethings
So far I have spoiled myself in buying:
a new pink soft cozy robe
a new make-up caboodle thing so that I don't have to use the hot pink one from when i was like 10
new make-up
a little massage thingy so i can get these dumb legs to not hurt!
my daddy's present: 8GB nano ipod. he doesn't need it, of course, but he's been dropping hints at how cool they are. so i know he'll get one anyways. I might as well fork over the money (haha his money) and get him something he wants. Now I just hope he doesn't buy it himself. I got him a red one. gray was too basic and the red was the most manly color. lol. I don't know if he'd go for Seafoam green (oh go look at a crayon box :P)
bought my brother a "rules of the room" poster. its pretty funny. if he doesn't like it, oh well
bought my white elephant present for malissa and michael's party. I find it awesome! I don't want it, but I think it will intrigue the guys, and since most people are couples, there is stuff to hand over to the girlfriend or boyfriend whoever gets it. lol fun!
I went to Lindsey's studio last night, but she wasn't teaching. I'm going to try and go back tonight and watch some. I ran into Dawn and Cathryn at the mall today while I was shopping and they want me to go ahead and come back to practice tonight and next week even though I haven't paid for this month. I said I'd try to come tonight, but I have to go get my skates from the rink. So I figure I'll try and run by and grab my skates, maybe so just a little public to try and remember all the footwork for synchro, run up to Lindsey's studio (now that I can find it) and watch for a bit, then head back to Austin for synchro practice. they gotta find me a spot in the routine now. Wanna make a bet I end up back on the end?? I rather like it there. When I'm gone they realize how much I'm needed. Hence the begging of me to come back. Sucky thing is, I have to write a check for $255 tonight for ice time in January and to pay for the new dresses. I don't have a clue as to what the dresses even look like. Scary huh? Plus I"ll owe the CTFSC $45 for membership so i can compete in July.
Well that's my day. I'm currently trying to air out the smell of paint thinner from my apartment. The apartment people are working on the apartment above and below me trying to get it ready for new occupants. So the smell has seeped through. I talked to the office, but there isn't anything they can really do. So my bedroom window is open in 45degree rainy weather, and my fan is on. Isn't that fun?! If it's bad when I come home tonight from skating I'll probably go spend the night at my mom's.
