That is how you write a TV show. That episode was nearly perfect! It was fun, and sensitive and amazingly well acted.
I loved the little Grey's tribute scenes. I missed the "Seriously!"s. And I LOVE that Ryan knew exactly who McDreamy & McSteamy were. He and Castle are such fangirls!
And then Beckett and Castle reading love letters to each other! Epic! And the awkwardness after he read "I love you!", not too much and not too little.
And breaking someone out of prison is true love, so they had to help the poor couple, in the cutest possible way. I mean exonerating the girl and recreating their first date. So awesome. :)
And just when Castle think he's all alone Beckett admits she's break him out! I love Esposito's knowing smile as they obliviously walk away.
All of the Castle-Alexis-Martha scenes were really cute as always. I think Castle kinda reminds me of my dad (except that he isn't so goofy and fannish). Gina was nice, but she feels like the typical not-shrew ex-wife. (i'm sure TVTropes has a name for it, but i am staying away from there, i have things to do).
The only downside was the predictability of the case. I called it almost immediately (well not the Nurse Greg breaks out girlfriend from prison) but the whodunnit bit. It's just season 3, the cases are supposed to get boring much later!
But otherwise SQUEE!
