California dreamin bout californication.
I'm over being overweight. And instead of taking after my friends and coworkers and complaining about it and going on silly diets that don't stick, I'm just gonna change my lifestyle.
People in San Antonio are all really overweight and they either justify their excuses with more excuses for why they 'can't' lose it or they just accept it.
I refuse to fit into either category. I admit I got lazy after getting a job, but now that I'm used to it and seeing as how I haven't been getting called in as often, I'm going to take advantage of the fact that I always either get out in the early afternoon or I go in in the early afternoon.
Today, I don't go in until two, so I'm going to suck it up and go.
Wanna know another reason I haven't gone? I've been avoiding this guy I used to flirt with that works there lol. (I know, it's a terribly lame reason for not going.) We hung out a few times and he got really annoying so I stopped answering his calls a good 4 or 5 months ago. Yet he still calls me and sends me text messages.
Apparently he misses me and wants to take me out.
...What in the hell was there to miss? I can't even wrap my mind around that it's so ridiculous.
I'm really, really hoping he's not there when I drop by in about an hour.
Anyway, I finally got my registration sticker updated on my car. When I went to take it to get the inspection done, I was informed that the busted light with red tape over it isn't gonna fly AND that my brake light is out.
That brake light isn't getting fixed until tomorrow because I has no moneys. The other light will have to wait until my parents are back in town lol.
I also went by the school yesterday to see the status of my financial aid and I was informed that I had to fill out a petition for the financial aid office. I wish I was informed of this back when I was petitioning to enroll for classes for the spring semester.
I'm thinking I can pull this money out of my ass and be able to pay for it since I usually get about $100 for Christmas from my parents anyway and I get paid on the 1st of January.
We'll see.
Anyway, I'm going to wash up and clean out my contacts before heading over to the gym. I was stalling because I don't have the patience to sit in traffic lol.
