Elizabeth Edwards died today, succumbing to the fight against breast cancer. She was, in my opinion, an amazing, intelligent, strong, gracious, courageous woman who saw a son buried, saw her husband's infidelity go public, and battled cancer for the last six years. She always tried to make something good out of a bad situation, and to show others that such a thing could be done. She was, indeed, resilient. I admired her.
