Sorry for the repeated use of your LJ as a soap box, but I received no response to my last email. I'm assuming you aren't taking any summer classes or just haven't checked your school email in a while. Anyway, here's the original message, because I'm too lazy to reword it.
may i have your current address? i wanted to send one last correspondence, and i'd just as soon send it to your current address rather than cause unnecessary trouble for the new residents at your old one. i see no reason why you should doubt when i say this, but i have no intentions of dropping by unexpectedly. i also have no desire to be (or try to be) in your life as long as you don't desire my presence. i suppose it's your prerogative if you doubt my word. also, my excuse for not starting off with "how are you?" and "what are you up to this summer?" is that i somehow doubt you'd offer anything. nonetheless,
hope you are well,
g
And I just have to post this here: (it's fucking true)

Dearest gray, assumptions aside, i am in summer school and i only have the email of which you wrote to me. I have chosen to not reply at this time. Best regards, McKenzie
I am also in summer school (online). I hate that I had to take yet another Algebra course (this is what I get for taking the SAT equivalency test a few years out of H.S.), but Sociology is enlightening.
Also, I apologize, but in spite of hearing you did receive my email, I am somehow ecstatic that you did not respond bitterly. Am I to just send something to your old address and hope it will be forwarded, or wait?
As I said, I shall be respectful of your wish for solitude, or at least lack of any contact with me. My desire was to merely write one short correspondence and, at best, hope to be reacquainted some years in the future.
