Hisashiburi (it's been awhile)
Ok, it’s seriously been too long since I put words under my name here. Sorry bout that, everyone.
Watched the 13th episode of the new Battlestar Galactica last night (yes, I know-I “obtained” it because it’s been running in the UK since October). Anyway, last week the British post-program announcer lady said episode 13 would be the “series finale”. I was disappointed at first, but then I remembered that sometimes in British English, they say “series” where Americans would say “season”. So “Season One” equals “Series One” and so on. So this gave me hope.
And then when I finally watched the series/season finale (which is at only episode 13, which I seriously don’t get) it left huge hanging questions! AAAUGGH. I seriously hope there is a second season and/or an episode 14, because I really need some Battlestar Galactica storyline closure.
Also, I found a site here that shows photos of some guy wandering around Yokohama station. Somewhere in his wandering, he found the Sukiya beef bowl restaurant I used to eat at all the time, just down the street from Gaba, where I worked. You can totally tell it’s the same one because of that wacky clock tower on the top. Why would anyone want a clock tower on the roof of a fast food restaurant? I seriously don’t know. Anyway, I worked in that whitish building on the right side edge of this picture.
