Lil Update

Went to Curves for my monthly weigh in and tape. Lost a total of 13lbs and 12in. Not bad for a month of high protein foods and regular 30min workouts! Well, I guess you gotta factor in Hwa Rang Do too.

I've been feeling like crap all week. I started off the week with a cold, a lovly gift from my children that they brought home from Grandmother's house. I didn't want to do anything, at all. Barely did any work for my classes. I'm pretty much over the cold now but I'm still feeling out of it. I'm not entirely sure it's because of the cold either.
