BtVS Season 9, # 5 - one quick comment
I'll hopefully talk about the overall issue in a day or two, but in the meantime, I just wanted to get this out there.
The issue ends with Buffy staring at a positive pregnancy test.
Personally, I don't think she's pregnant.
First off, that would be way too obvious and Joss doesn't do obvious.
Secondly, he's already done this story. We had Connor over at AtS. Also, Buffy already had to take on parenting responsibilities with Dawn.
Finally, there is no place to go with a baby story line. There's a reason that Connor was an infant for a very shot period of time. Babies are boring.
Now, i could be wrong, but that's my take on it.
