Summary (so far): CID discovers Sam Tyler again in the 1980s, but the DI is offering no explanations for his disappearance or his return. Alex is confused by Sam's timing but his arrival is coupled by a new set of voices. There's no time for answers though, as the team is beset with a set of disappearances. The case gets even darker when one of the missing girls winds up dead at Edgehampton. While Sam's behavior turns aggressive towards Gene, Alex is left to put the pieces together herself after her new voices warn her of impending danger.
