I've had the same problem with my Jirou fic, it's so difficult trying to keep them in character while doing some kind of evil things to them...
but it ended well for you ^^

what made this fic harder for me was because my take on Tezuka's POV...
I mean, it's Tezuka, duh.. he doesn't talk (much) >.<
