This is a very interesting beginning. I like the dynamics between Tezuka and Fuji so far and I'm curious to know what happens next. I would suggest, as some constructive criticism, to check your verb tenses. You have them mixed from time to time and it's a bit distracting when reading.

That was a great opening chapter. Apart from the slight grammatical mistakes from time to time, the story was really interesting! I like the aspect of the silent communication showing their close bond.

The last few lines about Tezuka's stares seem to bring in an introduction to Tezuka's feelings, which is great.
