Upon this bloated corpse we take a stand
Ok, now I know I supported this trend by seeing The Pixies, Stooges and MC5/DKT but it now has to stop! What started out as a bit of fun has turned ugly, for now I read that not only are bands like Crowded House touring again (with new drummer) but Rage Against The Machine are going to tour again! But no it gets worse!!!
For not only are The Jesus and Mary Chain reforming to play again but so are the Smashing Pumpkins (minus two members) and even worse James shall be playing and touring again with the idea of releasing another fucking album! See what you have started people!!!! It is not funny any more, I mean I could laugh at Van Halen touring again, same goes with The Police and even Genesis (did someone say mass bombing?) saying they were going on a world tour to give the fans what they wanted. They are all old peoples bands and have no chance of writing songs that young people will listen to on the radio.
However if you people don't stop the wave of nostalgia who knows where it could lead? If you are not careful Creed could reform! YES FUCKING CREED ! Don't say I didn't warn you.
I have a theory/rant how it is all the fault of the festval goer, but I shall save that for a night when I am truly angry. Tonight I am only displeased as I only have 1 more day of holiday.
