Today I received my email confirmation to join Archive of Our Own!
I'm contemplated posting ALL my current fics on there as I've been without a home ever since my host site closed down. I guess I'm just not sure if it's worth it. Yes, I have quite a backlog of fics I could post, namely my Shnicky ones but is anyone even interested in reading Shnicky anymore?
Of course it would make it easier for when I *finally* eventually finish Soledad as I honestly have no idea what I'm going to do with it when it's done. I know I'm writing fics because it's something I enjoy but is it worth the hours and hours I spend pouring over them if I don't post them online for people to read? Even if people don't read them, at least they're out there so people can read them if they want to...
I set my account up and have posted my first X-Men: Days of Future Past fic online. Will add my second one tomorrow, maybe...
I think I'll need to explore the site a bit more to see what else is on offer before I decide what I should or shouldn't post. There's some fairly random stuff on there which is always good to see :)
