The ability to smile, even though you have nothing to smile about,
is something I feel that you express. I too can smile when the days are cold and life, love
and happiness are not on me side.

Knowing that only you can save yourself andbring yourself out of the missery that your in.
It's not a conforting thing I know, to know that noone can help you that you
have slipped through the cracks and that no matter how many nice things are
said or caring people come along you are still alone and suficating.
I could give you sweet comments and tell you that I find your eyes and smile entrance me, tell
you that my dreams are filled with your warmth and caring hugs.
But although it may hit you on some conscious level it will never make a difference. I will never bring you out of the hole you dug yourself. You must understand that you did this to yourself, that the way you take things and the way that you react are what put you in the place you are in.
Yes there will always be the people who did things to you that helped shape your re-actions but most of the time its all on you. I know that it isnt conforting but at times you have to be alone, and stand on your own...
Get help, I know you have heard it over and over again( just like that song) but you have to if you have any hope of being happy, not just wiht yourself but with anyone else. Your relationships will crumble without loving yourself.
You must love yourself before you can love anyone else... and you must love yourself to live, help your self love and live.
