no, it's not called the Great Below. and it's not on the Fragile.
but that phrase is in the Great Below. so it's an understandable mistake. i love that song imensly as well. (i am the all-knowing nin-fanatic) this song is on a special album called Still... that you had to order. it's part to of Halo 17. (part one is the AATCHB live dvd/cd) so, since i didn't order it when they still made it... i downloaded it. it's got lot's of amazing stuff. And All That Could Have Been is the only new song on it with lyrics. and they are amazing lyrics... so click the link to read them.
