yay for me i managed to install pretty red curtains without putting a single whole in the wall! and all for under 20 bucks! sweet! it looks so much better than the mini-blinds... and, no dust! they're pretty long though, i wish they'd had shorter ones at kmart... these hang down and the radiator is really close to the window so it might cause a problem during the winter, so i may have to cut them to size... but that's fairly easy and it'll be a while before the radiators are on so i'll worry about that later... they look great though, i'm proud of myself, it only took me 15 minutes to figure out the god damned tension bar, lol... anyways
i nicked myself twice while shaving this morning which throws off the personal record i had going, i haven't cut myself in months, lol... oh well... so yeah last night cassie came by and asked if i wanted to go to perkins with some of the other people on 2N so i agreed and rushed out the door without even putting up an away message (oops) scott and josiah where there (wow too many homo's in a single hallway....lol) he's kind of a bad boy... scott is still a snot and yeah... but i had fun anyways, we didn't stay long since it was pretty late, (that and the girl drove cassie and i is ... um... straaaaange) ... it pained me to see that josiah is wearing a BUSH sticker on HIS JACKET!! oh my god where do i even begin with that, *tisk tisk* oh well, silly conservative gay people... bah!!!
i'm liking 2N much better because it's like everyone lives here, i have katie, scott, josiah, and cassie right in the immediate area, it's awesome! i know quite a few other people up here too, it's like a whole other world... how weird that one floor can be so isolated like that, i never saw any of these people when i was on 1N... anyrate i'm glad i moved...
i'm running out of money pretty quickly :-/ and i know i can ask mom and dad for small amounts each week, but i prefer not to...i'm going to take an application back to HyVee on monday afternoon and hope for the best...after that, country market (because i might be able to get rachel as a reference) and then i dont know where else i could apply... oh well
well i think that's it for now... probably should start on my homework *gag* ta ta
