[ To Ishtar it was the opposite. The ones that were left free, she did not know what would become of them. She wasn't even certain if they went home safely or if they really were burned. She didn't want to believe it. She never wanted to believe that they were terminated, and sent to an incinerator. She wanted to believe they managed to get home safe and sound away from this horrible place. She may have been stuck here but she wasn't about to give up whatever hope she still had for her and everyone else trapped here. She couldn't do anything. The feeling of being helpless, and being unable to protect those people. She didn't want him to take responsibility. She didn't need him to be in pain because she was stuck here.
He should not have to suffer because they haven't found a way yet. There is certainly a way. She knows it. No matter how long it will take she will do what she can until the end. He shouldn't be so harsh on himself. She knew that he suffered quietly, fighting the existence that he was so-called cursed with. It wasn't his fault that he ended up the way he was, it was the people that surrounded him when he was younger. He had told her things, but she knew there was more. She can tell by the fact that he was extremely emotional right now. ]
If you care about me, then you shouldn't be pushing me away Gaara. You shouldn't have to carry the weight by yourself.
