The device comes to life in a sudden rush of movement. As if it has been dropped to the ground from harsh impact, static meets the viewers eyes before it clears and becomes obvious the device is laying upon the ground looking outward to a room torn apart. Blood stains the surroundings with overturn objects thrown about. Blood spills from his lips and nose heavily as most of the attack was aimed to create internal injury, keeping his face clean of injury asides the steams of thick blood that drip from his mouth and nostrils, onto the floor in a sickening manner. All of his fingers are brutally broken, hands and wrists swollen from abuse. His leg is twisted and obviously in the same state as his hands beneath the muscle and flesh the bones snapped, an intense bruise lingers around his neck and is beginning to purple. He is a wreck, he is a mess and the pain is so continuous that he can't make noise about it any longer, he feels numb.
Footsteps are heard and looking up, he tenses as his chest rises and falls quickly, trying to push himself back away from the form who steps over him turning to cough and blood rolling down his lips as he spits it out onto the floor. Yet seconds later it becomes clear there is no room for escape and Jonathon takes the scene, walking calmly into view, clothes askew and with his own minor injuries compared to the other who lays beneath him. His steps are heavier, as if cement is attached to his feet, his stance is awkward, like a puppet on a string. He bends down but starts to talk.
"I should kill thee with much cherishing, were I not so fond of your presence." Jonathon reaches over to grab the other but instead takes notice of the 'berry. "Parting is such sweet sorrow." Expression blank, it's not Jonathon in control; it's almost like he's possessed because he does not talk that way, and the spark in his eye is absent. That hand moves, and reaches to turn the device off leaving Timothy only a moment for a small turn of the head, looking to what the other notices and allowing his lips to part as if he wishes to speak.
No words are uttered though and the viewer is left with darkness.
[OOC: Timothy has had the shit beaten out of him by Jonathon because of the charm and curse making for a rather tense scenario. His injuries are most internal and the others are as listed, though he's not dead as of yet. Internal is most severe as Jonathon (under the curse and charm from his canon) did not want to bruise Timothy's face, aw how nice. Jonathon will likely be fleeing the area so any action posts, he will not be there.
Assumptions can be made that any replies made by Timothy will be after Jonathon has left a good half-hour or so after the post is made.]
