Waiting for Henry to come back from his blood test and bring back breakfast.
After a few weeks of feeling like there's no drama to watch, a few new ones popped up that I'm fairly interested in:
My Heroic Husband - about a modern day business man that time travels back into the body of a failed business guy. I assume comedy ensues. I don't even know why China bothers banning things anymore. Half their dramas seem to - frankly - be about time traveling in some way and/or are made to skirt their censorship.
ML is one of the busted-up looking guys from Joy of Life (not the wonky-eyed ML). There's more than one busted-up looking guy from that drama? Yes. Maybe that's why I dropped it.
Douluo Continent - about magical Chinese Hogwarts, which looks basically like Fights Break Sphere, but with Xiao Zhan as the ML instead of the hanger-oner of the ML. People keep claiming how good the CGI is and how funny it is (neither of which China is known for), which makes me curious. I mean, do people actually like this drama for reals because it is good? Or are they just Xiao Zhan fans?
Good news is that Calvin Chen is in it and people seem to like his character. Bad news is that he is dubbed...poorly.
I'm also currently watching Bloody Romance (Bruddy Romance?), but since Henry expressed interest, I'll probably watch that with him.
Breakfast is back, so I'm off to eat!!!
