That's He's a Pirate from Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl composed by Klaus Badelt.

It's probably a good swashbuckling song or whatever. But in reality, it's much better for weaving in and out of traffic...like a pirate, if they drive, that is.

A few days ago, we also watched China's unnecessary (is there any other kind?) remake of A Better Tomorrow

This remake stars Prince Jing (aka Wang Kai) as the main guy that I never bothered to learn the name of. I'm not a super-dedicated fan of the original. Not Tree Guy (aka Darren Wang) plays Mark. I only remember his name because it's simple. Ice Princess (aka Ma Tianyu) plays main guy's brother.

All three are acceptable. Maybe I'm biased, but I thought Darren Wang did a good job playing Mark and that's probably the hardest shoe to fill since obvious comparisons will be made to Chow Yun-Fat. Even though I have positive opinions of Wang Kai and Ma Tianyu, they're just kind of there.

In general, the movie sucked less than I thought it should. But still, it was extremely unnecessary. I thought maybe the gun violence was choreographed better. But the car chase scene was edited like how China edits their drama. So I guess if someone has never see A Better Tomorrow (original), they should just go watch the original. If someone has seen the original and isn't a huge fan of it (like me), then watching the remake will be kind of a neutral event...like eating a sandwich. But for super fans of the original, there's no need to watch the remake, which can be said of pretty much all remakes. Except maybe Dawn of the Dead.

A couple of Chinese dramas are coming out that I'm fairly (cautiously) excited about so I need to clear my drama-watching schedule for the month of July. That shouldn't be too difficult since I'm almost at the end of The Eternal Love. From there, I can move onto:

Fights Break Sphere marks Baron Chen's return to drama after breaking his leg tendon or whatever on Race the World. It stars the little bodyguard kid from Nirvana in Fire now all grown up. I know nothing about the drama except people probably fighting and breaking stuff (maybe a sphere) and the trailer looks pretty.

But, China. I'm sure everything can look very good but then everything will somehow suck. I need to temper down my expectations.

or:

Legend of Fu Yao stars Yang Mi and Ethan Ruan and I like both actors. But then there's this:

I mean, finding a hamster that can act is probably impossible. But...come on!

So again, need to try not get excited or I'll just be disappointed.
