Choices for what to watch next (in no particular order):

Die Now
Adapted from manhua, this Chinese drama is about a college student that gets involved in a survival game with real-life consequences.

I don't know anyone in the main cast except that Ivelyn Lee (cute chubby faced girl from Murphy's Law of Love) has a small role in it.

It's a short drama at 20, 35-ish minutes episodes. I watched brief scenes of the first episode and it sounds dubbed to me despite it being a modern drama.

Pros: Short and interesting premise.
Cons: Dubbed and unknown cast (which could be a mixed bag of good or bad).

The Americans
I saw today that the final (6th) season ended and most people think it's a satisfying ending, which is rare in television. So I would give this a shot.

It's 13 episodes per season plus a 10 episode final season for 75, 45-ish minutes episodes.

Pros: Interesting premise
Cons: Length

Secrets of the Three Kingdoms
A historical fiction (obviously) set during the Three Kingdoms period where they write in a fictional twin brother separated at birth for Liu Xie, the puppet emperor set up by fat Dong Zhuo and later, Cao Cao.

Dong Zhuo, as a reminder of who he is. Cao Cao needs no introductions.

Liu Ping is that twin brother and Liu Xie brings him into the palace to help him...not be a puppet? In any event, Liu Ping is BFFs with Sima Yi and they all head to the palace and party it up, I assume.

Liu Ping/Liu Xie is played by Ma Tianyu, the prettiest Ice Prince. Sima Yi is played by Elvis Han, the average-looking lead from Chinese Paladin 5. There are females in the cast to prevent it from becoming a sausagefest.

Man, everyone look so serious!

The drama is 54 episodes of 45-ish minutes per episode and most definitely dubbed. I mean, filming went from March 7 to June 28, 2017, a little over three months! Everything probably took one take and screw boom mikes!

Pros: Three Kingdoms.
Cons: Length, seriousness, and twin brothers? Really?

Aggretsuko
At 10 episodes of less than 20 minutes per episode, the cartoon is about the daily struggles of Aggretsuko. I hope it's in Japanese with English subtitles. But since it's from Netflix, it's unknown. But since it's so short, I'd give it a shot.

Pros: Aggretsuko and shortness.
Cons: None.

Never Let Me Go
This is the Japanese drama based on Kazuo Ishiguro's novel of the same name. I like the book a lot and was just okay with the movie version. So it'll be interesting to watch the drama version.

It stars Miura Haruma (Bloody Monday) as the main guy and Ayase Haruka (Real) and Mizukawa Asami as the two girls.

It's 10 episodes of - I'm guessing - around an hour each episode.

Pros: Story and length.
Cons: None

The Crossing Hero
A time traveling drama starring and produced by Jiro Wang about two Ming Dynasty imperial guards that travel to modern day...Taiwan(?) in pursuit of some bad guy that's identical to modern day main lead played by Jiro Wang. Fish out of water and, I assume, mistaken identity comedy ensues.

I don't know anything about the rest of the cast, except for Edison Wang (Bromance), one of the many fake Andrews running around in this world. People seem to hate the female leads in this drama since they're too whinny and annoying.

The drama is 28 episodes of probably around one hour each episode.

Pros: Time traveling and Jiro Wang.
Cons: Possible annoying female leads.
