(no subject)
I guess it's time I updated, you think? Anyway. It's been a quiet week. Dave warned me ahead of time that he'd be working alot this week, so I haven't been able to see much of him, and I miss him like crazy (no pun intended). When he comes back, I'm going to take him out for dinner like I said I would in my last entry, because we do need to talk wedding stuff and all that. I want to marry him before the baby gets here so we can have a proper honeymoon. I don't want anything to be rushed. The funny thing is, I don't even actually know how far along Dee is, or when the due date is. We're not exactly on speaking terms so I wouldn't ask her, but maybe I can have someone else get the dirt out of her.
Even though it's probably early, I've done a little shopping for the nursery. I already painted the walls a pale yellow, so it won't matter if it's a boy or girl. Besides, I don't want to raise the baby with the whole "Blue is for boys, pink is for girls" thing. There are borders on the wall near the ceiling and floor with the Muppet Babies characters on them. I still adore the Muppet Babies, even at my age. This is pretty exciting. I can't wait.
