Yesterday I found out I have 13 cysts on one of my ovaries
and 14 cysts on the other. I got all my blood work back and
I was diagnosed with PCOS.
My doctor also said I have a slim to none chance of ever
getting pregnant.
I am not producing some other hormone which fights
cancer in your pelvic region and the chances of me getting cancer is
very high.
I'm bummed.
What are the symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)?
These are some of the symptoms of PCOS:
infrequent menstrual periods, no menstrual periods, and/or irregular bleeding
inability to get pregnant
increased growth of hair
frequent depression
acne, oily skin, or dandruff
pelvic pain
weight gain or obesity, usually carrying extra weight around the waist
type 2 diabetes
high cholesterol
high blood pressure
skin tags, or tiny excess flaps of skin in the armpits or neck area
sleep apnea―excessive snoring and breathing stops at times while asleep
Also, I'm broke. I used my last dollar to put gas in my car. I get paid 100 bucks tomorrow but I have a cell phone bill due Monday of 111.
I will be minus 11 bucks and minus any food/gas money.
Whatev.
On the bright side, my birthday is in a week. And Ryne already gave me this amazing painting (it's huge). It's of Savannah and if you know her, you know how beautiful she is.
