Hello all of you lovely, lovely people!
Sunday was the last day of spring break *tear*. After track, I came home and decided to gather what was left of the crew (because everyone was busy at different places doing different things) and end spring break WITH A BANG! As a result, Buddy, Devon, Hilary, and I went to the Rainbow Diner in our very delectable way of ending spring break. Devon and I got the most amounts of food out of all of us, but hey, we just had come from track and I hadn't eaten anything all day. It was a fun and yummy time.
Nothing that significant happened on Monday so I'll skip that..
Tuesday was my first dual meet for track. I ran the 400. It was ok, I guess. I ran it in 71, and that's without having any speed workouts before. I was pretty upset about it though because I know I can do way better. It didn't help that my shin was killing me and my thighs felt like they were burning by the last 100. Ugh! My legs piss me off sometimes. After that, Hilary and I left to grab a quick bite at her house. Her mom was so cute. She made us grilled cheese, but she was all upset saying that if she knew we were coming, she would've made an actual meal. I didn't mind. See, we weren't sure if we'd have time to do anything after the meet. We just thought we'd have to go straight to SAT class, but we didn't. Anyway, after we ate, we headed for SAT class. Got there ten minutes late, but you know what? I don't even care because the first hour and a half of that class is a waste of time. The guy just sits there talking about irrelevant things...like mascots. The only worthwhile part of that class is when the math guy comes because we actually do math problems and stuff. Oh well.
Wednesday, I didn't feel well afterschool so I skipped track and got a ride home from Hague. When I got home, I got changed, and then left for my grandma's house. It was her birthday so she was having a bunch of people over. The food was good and I ended up spending most of my time with my cousin Sean, playing video games and stuff. It was fun.
Thursday during FLEX, I had a frozen water bottle and after I had finished the water, there was a huge chunk of ice left shaped like a penis. So obviously, the guys made comments. I can't lie though, I joined in. It escalated to butt plug..etc. It was pretty bad, but funny as anything. Matt's comment after a bunch of people screamed was pretty golden as well. Also, I had my second dual meet for track. This time it was away at Point Boro. I ran a better 400 than last time. Two seconds faster, to be exact. So I ran it in 69. Hopefully this means I'll be getting better and better. After I came home and showered, JB called me and informed me that we were going to go to Chevy's for dinner. It was me, Hague, Flynn, Devon, JB, and Pasquale. It was a good time. Pasquale told one of his stories again...and Hague and I just looked at eachother and started cracking up. I got this ridiculously large ice cream thing for dessert. I had to call in for backup from JB and Hague because there was no way I could've finished. As Flynn said, "It's bigger than Nicole!". Yeah, it pretty much was. After that, we walked to Barnes and Noble because it was nice out and we felt like walking. We spent a good hour in Barnes and Noble and then walked back to Chevy's for our cars. Once we hit Sports Authority, we started goose-stepping in a line from there to our cars. It was quality. Then, the security *station wagon* (yes, it was a station wagon) drove by and we all stopped and scattered. It didn't help us that JB was carrying a Barnes and Noble bag occupied with "How To Learn German in 10 Days". After that, we all left.
Yesterday, I didn't have school on account of the Pope's funeral. I woke up around 9 and watched some clips of the funeral while talking to people online. After that, I took Oreo for a walk...because:
a) I was bored.
b) She's fat pleasantly plump and needs to be taken on walks.
c) It was semi-nice out.
We walked around my neighborhood and into the woods by my house. There was a huge crane in the creek. Those birds are HUGE. The crane was definitely taller than me. It was kind of scary, but it flew away as we got closer. When we got back, I ran for about a half hour on the treadmill, took a shower, than talking to people online while reading "The Notebook". Soon after, I got a call from Pasquale informing me that we were gonna go to the Blueclaws game (because Matt and Layton work there) and then get something to eat after. I had A Mac drive me because I didn't feel like it lol. We left around 6:30 and met up with Hague and Pasquale. We were the "Sod Squad". Hell yeah. A Mac brought a blanket for us to sit on..how cute. It got pretty cold once the sun went down, so Passy lended me his sweatshirt..which I was basically swimming in. It was like a dress. When I sat down, I could fit the sweatshirt over my entire body. And since it was warmer that way, I sat like that. As Hague said, I looked like a "helpless egg"...even more so, after they all decided to push me over and watch me roll around because I was immobile and unable to get up. They did that about three times. By the way, the Blueclaws pretty much suck at baseball, but oh well. Toward the end of the game we had to move over because they were setting up for fireworks. For some reason the Jaws theme came on and Passy goes "why do I feel like Jaws is gonna come out of the ground right now?". It was so funny. When the game was finally over, we all ran to the cars. I was so cold and I had a hard time running so Passy gave me a piggy back ride as my pants fell down..lol..so I had to cover my bum with my hands, but I don't think they got the entire eye-full. I mean, they didn't fall down that far. When we finally made it to the cars, we blasted the heat and headed to Applebee's where we met up with our lovely Blueclaw's employees, Matt and Layton. I burped really loud lol...never done that in front of Matt before, but oh well. He said it was a good one. That's basically why I was laughing about it so much. We left Applebee's a little after 11. Matt informed me that my lipgloss tastes good...which was funny/embarrassing because it was said pretty loud in the middle of the parking lot, but hey, it's true. Why else do you think I use it?
So far, today, the only thing I've done is go to track. I did about 10 200s and was basically christened as being officially a sprinter today...and why? because I had to do hurdle walk-overs. Have never done them in my life. Anyway, practice wasn't that bad, but at the end, my ankle felt like it was gonna give out, which sucked. I left school around 12, came home, and showered. After that, I ate breakfast and now I'm here. I'm hoping something gets planned tonight. Either way, I'll prolly end up doing something. But, we shall see..
Adios, amigos.
<3
p.s. I REALLY LOVE comments. ;)
p.p.s. A Mac dancing and singing to the Asbury Park Press song is golden.
