(no subject)
i suppose i should update.
so....it's friday.....
let me elaborate (on nothing really)
tuesday, i don't remember much except for cleaning my room which means i got a call from alex. yeah. that's how i remember things. when they're connected to other things. anyhoo, uh....i went to look for the new spill canvas cd but i was unable to find it. i'll have to go back again.
okay, then wednesday was warped tour which was phenomenal. ah, the good times had. i can't even remember anything right now, it's all one big blur. oh big, giant, hot, sweaty, dirty blur. aka, the best kind of blur there is. hahah
the sun was most definitely out that day, and it was burrrrning bright.
even today, i was sitting in my room, feeling hot, and i thought "pshh...what are you talking about laura? this is nothing."
if you haven't slipped when you placed your arms on your legs because of all the sweat, you have not truly been hot.
anyways, it was much much fun and so much stuff was obtained and dancing occurred. yeahhh.
warped is the way it feels like life should be. everyone coming together, being hot and sweaty and dirty but not caring because everyone else is like that so it doesn't matter, and all because of a day dedicated to music.
that's what i think in my little pea brain anyway.
thursday, family came early, which i was not expecting. but i was still able to (almost) attend faqir's graduation.
unfortunately, we (denise and i) arrived too late. we felt bad. so what did we do? we went to giant, bought some flowers and a nice card with graduates dancing on the front, and a passed out david on the back (i mean what?) and we hung out at his house for about a half an hour. good times.
came back home to a full house: mom, brian, aunt josie, uncle larry, uncle john, and lisa, his girlfriend.
we all had dinner and talked and it was funnnnn.
today, i didn't really do much, but i've hung out more with aunt josie and uncle larry. they're both awesome and funny people. and so is uncle john. and lisa. well. ain't this side of the family just swell? *coughsmakesupfortheothersidecoughs*
so. that's all. alex comes home tomorrow. i'm excited. all of my dreams last night were about him. it was kinda weird. and then i was sad when i woke up.
abby's coming this weekend. we really supposed to seriously be hanging out this weekend. and i think we will. i'm excited for that as well.
