Familiar faces
So I went to my 10 year high school reunion on the weekend. Quite apart from the fact that I'm still not completely over the fact that it's been 10 FREAKING YEARS, it was ok.
Yes, just ok. I didn't have a fantasmic time, I didn't have an awful time. It wasn't half as awkward as I expected it to be. I ran into an old workmate later in the evening (the reunion was in a hired room at a pub) and she described hers perfectly... "It's like being in a room of strangers except you vaguely know their faces".
Some people that I may have wished to see were not there, but hey. At least I looked freaking fabulous. Even if I do say so myself! ;D
