It's been a little exicting around here, hasn't it?
And now we have Thanksgiving to look forward to. Not something I've ever really celebrated, after all, the Irish have their own celebrations.
I rather like the idea - a day where you stop, and give thanks. To take stock, to think about what's most important to you.
I thought about that - and, well, it's amazing how quickly those things can change. Ask me six months ago, and the most important thing for me was just staying alive, doing my job properly so I don't get killed.
And now? Now I have a daughter to look out for, and students to teach, a team to work with.
And I have Emma - don't tell me she won't be fine, I refuse to believe that. Hank will find a way to piece her back together. I have to believe that.
