Hold Up Weight A Minute!

So, there's this person that I subscribe to on youtube. She came up with Hold Up, Weight a minute as a group to support others in their weight loss endeavors.

Anyone who knows me or has seen me IRL this past year knows that I was put on prednisone, and I gained a lot of weight. I got up to about 250-260....All time high for me; previously, I had gotten to 175 from working at a call center....

I was very upset and depressed about my weight...Slowly, I've been working the weight off, with portion control (not anorexia, I eat 3 times a day, just not as much as I used to...I like food, what can I say?) and not eating anything containing  gluten, because it does not agree with me...I've also been trying to cut out as much fast food as possible, and I've been cooking more. Last time I weighed myself, I was 200lbs. A lot of improvement, but my goal is my high school weight, about 145-150. I normally weigh in in my birthday suit, because it gives the most accurate weight. Tonight, I weighed again.

I'm at 190!

I know it's not that much, but it puts me that much closer to my goal...I just have to keep walking, even with my cane, instead of getting a scooter at the store, and watching what I eat....I've finally been able to fit back into some stuff from high school, which was a very exciting time for me. This time next year, i plan to be at my goal weight...I've finally broken 200....Wish me luck!
