(no subject)
School basically sucks. Study hall is the worst thing ever. And I can't fill it with anything because nothing is open. English is the worst thing ever. We have to take a reading test every fucking day and write a paragraph where we describe something that happened in the book and find a theme that goes with it. I can't stand themes. Band and health are ok. We finished watching Pay it forward in health yesterday. Me and Ellie we practically bawling. It was sad. German makes everything better. I swear to God, it's the best class ever. And Rutledge is the best teacher ever.
The Tartan Titan Volleyball team made it to state! The game was today and we actually had pep band for it. We played Hibbing who is ranked second in state. We did pretty good, but still lost. Hibbing had their band, too. It was HUGE, but bad. They had like 6 mellophones, all mediocre. They had 5 tubas, but none were good. Even if one was good, he/she wouldn't have been better than Mormon, with her perfect pitch and all. They're only really good section was their drums. One of their quads was insane. He would play something and think he was God or something and then look over at Weum (our quad). Everyone was all, Weum! Play something!! Then we all chanted "WEUM" and he had to play. And not just the band chanted, the entire fucking school. It was pretty funny. Oh yeah, the other band had some pretty cool songs, but we still win in the end.
The best part of the whole thing was the whole missing over half the school day. That was awesome.
Tomorrow I leave for that jazz trip. I kind of forgot about it, so I haven't packed yet. Oops.
