Instead of going to church, i went to a buddhist temple for Easter. Ampa took me there to celebrate the Thai new year. I spent most of time overthinking the meaning of the decorations and shrines they had. The best part of the day was getting a wishing fish with Mario and Ampa. We named the fish Cameron before releasing it back into a pool.
Thai like to celebrate the new year with lots and lots of water. There are watergun fights and bucket loads of the stuff being poured on people's heads. I, however, avoided all that.
Later on, we had Easter dinner at my mother's house. It was really laid back, but i wish we could have gone to my uncle's house because then we would have played board games.
