Xander wanted the call to Willow to be one of the last ones he made, but with two of them down he couldn't put it off any further. Especially since Willow's number had shown up on the recent calls made list. Which meant his drinking had resulted in a phone call to her, and he wasn't quite sure what he had said to her.

Her phone also went to voicemail right away, so he figured that fact paired with Kennedy's meant that possibly they were together during this time. It was the only thing he could think of to make it feel a bit better. The beep sounded after her chipper message and he hated leaving the message but it had to be done.

"Wills, hey. I probably called you the other night, I'll be honest I'm not to clear on the details. I called Angel and I think I talked to him about Hair Gel just to give you an idea of how out of it I was. I'm sure by now you've heard about Cordy. I know that Sunnydalers aren't big on trusting the media, so I told Orlando that I'd make sure to call everyone. So this is me, being responsible, and it kind of sucks. I mean I talked to Orlando Bloom, and it wasn't about working with Johnny Depp or Keira Knightly, it wasn't me asking him geeked out questions about his elven costume... it was about the death of a friend... of someone that I loved. It just doesn't seem fair... then again when does it ever feel that way? "

Xander paused trying to reel the message in a bit, "I flew to Boston the other night, and I'm here now. I'm just waiting for phone calls to come in I guess. Orlando's making the arrangements, and he'll call me when he knows more. When you get this? Call me, I'd like to hear from you."
