I'm definitely not lazy. When I work, I work hard. My real problem is a lack of motivation, a tendency to sleep too much (I find it incredibly difficult to wake up) and an inclination towards procratination.
I go to bed at a reasonable time, sleep for at least 8-9 hours a night, then struggle to get up and, when I do, I feel sleepy and achey throughout the day, with a distinct lack of energy.
I can wake up, talk to someone, then fall back asleep with no recollection of having even wken up. It's causing me lots of problems, so I was wondering if anyone had any advice?
