I'm sitting in Toni's lounge in winchester waiting for her lecture to finish, we r going to southhampton later which is really cool because I've never been. So bored though, should be doing my coursework, I've got a massive one to do for tomorrow but can't get the motivation to do it. So I'm going to sit here for three hours watching abc1 so home improvement, 8 simple rules, hope and faith, home improvement, 8 simple rules, hope and faith, home improvement, 8 simple rules and hope and faith. *blah*
I had to do this presentation a while ago, I wanted to do something controversial to get more marks so I did it based on this article:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/2865009.stm I did it on how religious belief could be caused by a partial seizure in the temporal lobe putting over-significance on everyday events. and how St. paul's vision which stopped him slaughtering christians was just a grand mal seizure in the temporal lobe. it is common for persons who have temporal lobe epilepsy to have religious hallucinations. Well anyway i thought it went well untill I found out the lecturer who was marking it went on a pilgrimage to where St. paul had his vision! I'm so gonna fail.
