+ the lettuce in my veggie chicken sandwich was actually green today (as opposed to the usual yellow).
+ i'm happy with some upcoming lengthy paper topics. anarchism, immigration rights.
+ four months.

- not being as active as i want to and should be, in part due to explicit/implicit discouragement (see above).
