Maybe you're not feeling so shook up about the house being sold because somehow it doesn't matter so much to you anymore since it's not quite home anymore, no longer such a crucial place you depend on for shelter, etc.

I think it was good...but I'm sure I won't really recognize it's full importance until I come home for christmas and it will be my first christmas season in 18 years without this house....
