I love controversy!
Tonight, I actually remembered that it was Thursday. "Yeah, big deal"? No, it was. That means I remembered happy hour.
It was a fun time. Very fun.
Afterward, we went to Spruce Street to hang out at Rich, Ben, and Zach's house. It was also a very fun time. Later on, Rob showed up, which was welcomed, but unexpected given his rough work/commute schedule. He had brought along [Angry Punk Rock] Steve and Sarah. After a while, Steve had asked me to play some Beirut with him. We called "next" on the table. The people who were currently playing saw a problem with that. Apparently, some girl [who looked familiar] was insulted by Steve months ago. Steve didn't remember it, and there were no direct witnesses (?).
AAAAnyway, her very large guy friend, who seemed to be friends with her boyfriend(?) asked Steve to step outside. Steve just kind of laughed it off and asked him if he was serious. It seems this kid was. Rich stepped in to remind them that "We don't do that kind of thing here." To which this kid said he would take it out to the street, away from Richs house. Steve again asked this kid if he was crazy. He was serious. Again, laughing it off, Steve went to get some cigarettes.
I don't know why this thing happens so often. For some reason, I have seen too many people challenge Steve to fights.
::sigh:: I don't know any more.
